Bobby in the automotive theatre. Sure, there's a Walk of Fame at
Hollywood & Vine, but at the corner of Car Knowledge, Consumer

- Though it's Summer, no grass grows
under Bobby's size 10s! He's just returned from the Big Apple for
the New Media Seminar IX, a summit of commercial & satellite
radios' talk-show hosts and industry leaders. This is the place
for talk-show hosts to energize around what’s going on in this
segment of the entertainment industry. Hot on this year’s agenda
are podcasting (we’re there), technology (though a moving
target, we’re tracking there too, as evidenced by our new
television editing suite) and “The Mind-Boggling Relationship
Between Content and Delivery.” Mind-boggling indeed. That’s when
Bobby intends to serve you best. It’s his goal to separate the
automotive wheat from the chaff for you on Car Clinic’s
broadcasts so that you make better consumer decisions at the
service shop & retail store. The New Media Seminar is also an
incubator where the First Amendment is brought to vivid life as
talkers from both sides of the liberal/conservative aisle can
exchange words. Participants from Howard Stern, Al Franken &
Jerry Springer to Dr. Laura, Neal Boortz & Kim Komando could
have rubbed
elbows with Bobby as he broadcast Car Clinic live from the
event site across from Battery Park & Ground Zero. Check back in late
June for a virtual tour of the broadcast & Bobby in NYC on our
On the
Road page.
